HOW A CAPTURE DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

This role will lead strategic/priority capture opportunities from $100M to $1B for the Navy Business Area. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to play a leadership role and apply the breadth of resources available in our organization to address critical technology and mission challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 10+ years as a lead Capture Manager required. Required Experience: 6+ years of experience as a lead Capture Manager. Required Skills and Abilities: Understanding of relevant technology and processes focused on Engineering Services, Logistics, Mission-Focused services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud and Cyber solutions, and defense mission-focused program support offerings. Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes. Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration. Preferred Experience: 4+ years of recent Navy or Marine Corps capture experience with NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, or other Navy Commands of successfully winning business in the DoD market. Experience with $100M+ Enterprise Opportunities. Preferred Skills and Abilities: PMP or equivalent certification. Location: This position will be a hybrid role working between GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA and remote. Security Clearance Level: None. US Persons required.

The likely salary range for this position is $176,446 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
