What you will be doing

• Conduct creative activities such as art and basic science projects to develop motor and sensory abilities
• Lead group games to enhance peer interaction, emotional awareness, and self-expression
• Monitor and evaluate each child's development, providing tailored support aligned with their learning preferences and pace

Candidate Requirements

• Reside in or be willing to move to Brownsville, TX
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience with preschool-aged children (0-5 years) in a preschool, daycare, early learning center, or similar setting
• The legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

• An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Experience with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based educational settings
