Title: Digital Asset Manager

Location: Chicago, IL 60606 — Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week)

Client : Fortune 100 & leading US Airline

Duration: 6 mos to start with likely extensions & potential to convert to Direct Hire

Job Description:

The Digital Asset Manager will support the Advertising, Social Media, and Creative Services teams by auditing, organizing, and migrating existing assets into the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, IntelligenceBank. This role focuses on consolidating assets currently housed across disparate platforms such as Dropbox, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The candidate will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure secure and efficient organization of assets, as well as provide support for asset requests from various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit all social media and advertising assets across existing storage platforms (Dropbox, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Recommend improved systems for asset organization based on industry best practices.
  • Assist with migration of assets into the DAM system (IntelligenceBank).
  • Act as liaison between the DAM team and Social/Advertising teams.
  • Respond to asset requests from internal teams and agency partners.
  • Ensure team members are informed about asset storage and future asset organization processes.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (IntelligenceBank preferred).
  • Familiarity with auditing and consolidating digital assets.
  • Experience with cloud storage tools (Dropbox, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support non-technical users.

Qualifications (Desired):

  • Background in working with metadata and keywording assets.
  • Experience using Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • Experience supporting social media or advertising teams.

Team Details:

  • Social & Advertising Team: 30+ members
  • DAM Team: 3 members
  • This role will support both groups but will not report directly to the Social/Ad team lead.

Interview Process:

2–3 rounds (Exact structure TBD; this is the hiring manager’s first time conducting interviews and may evolve)
