Courier Express is currently looking for individuals in the Burlington area who are reliable, responsible, and have excellent communication skills to be an integral part of our team and assist with our growth plans.

Here are the specifics about the position we currently have available:

Responsibilities of a Burlington Parcel Truck Driver

• Organizing and loading company owned vehicles safely to ensure efficient delivery of undamaged packages
• Following digital manifest to ensure all items are delivered to proper locations
• Delivering between 90-150 stops each day, safely and securely to all customers
• Communicating with the dispatch team
• Providing superior, top-notch customer service
• Following digital and/or paper manifests
• Managing time appropriately while multi-tasking

Requirements of a Burlington Parcel Truck Driver

• Must be willing to work/depart from Burlington, VT terminal
• Ability to safely operate a truck responsibly, complying with all state laws and DOT regulations
• Have basic operational knowledge of smart devices: phones, tablets, GPS, Bluetooth devices, mobile apps, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 150lbs of large and irregularly shaped packages (proper equipment is provided for assistance)
• Must pass drug/background screen and have clean driving record
• Must meet all requirements of our insurance provider

Pay: $180.00 per day

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
