Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Food Operations Manager who will join the elite team of professionals who will operate the Sapphire Lounge by The Club, at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a culinary-driven, fine-dining experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis. Sodexo Live! provides hospitality services to airport lounges, stadiums, arenas, convention and conference centers, zoos, museums, and more. Incentives Paid Airport Parking What You'll Do Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting; Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented; Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations; Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance; Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems. Minimum Management Experience - 2 years.
