Note: The hourly rate for this position is $19 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities: - Erecting an all Steel prefabricated building with base plate system
- The trim package is includes gutters, H-vac, plug & play electrical system, big fan, static flooring, and a wall mount
- Misc work for trimming out the building, such as insulation, removal of all the plastic on all the trim pieces
- 20 x 60 x 50 in dimensions - comes in panels and put together in sequence
- Special flooring for high construction traffic (install)
- PARKING: on-site TOOLS: Know how to use power tools ranging from.
- Impact &Drill sets, grinders, 100lb jack hammer.
- Hand tools- hammers, spud wrenches, sockets, different types pilers for duct work, demo as needed.
- Basic hand tools for all phases and the trim packages.
Qualifications: - We're looking for hardworking General Construction Laborers for 1st shift positions. perform various construction tasks, and maintain a clean and safe work site.
- Physical stamina, basic construction knowledge, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
