DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
\n 2nd shift: (3:30p-11:30p) $37.94+$1.50 shift dif=$39.44/hr, with overtime available at double time on the 7th day if worked.

\n\n

3rd shift: (11:30p-7:30a) $37.94 + $2.20 shift dif = $40.14.hr , with overtime available at double time on the 7th day if worked.

\n\n

Training: will be completed on 1st shift for 6 months-1 year (7:30a-3:30p)

\n Must be able to pass a Minimizer test

\n What’s a typical day as a Molding Maintenance Mechanic? You’ll be:
\n• Setting up, maintaining, and repairing molding machinery to ensure optimal performance.
\n• Troubleshooting machine issues during your shift, evaluating situations related to production, and performing necessary repairs to maximize quality, safety, and efficiency.
\n• Organizing work to facilitate the completion of scheduled Total Productive Maintenance (T.P.M.) and addressing outstanding machine issues while maximizing machine efficiencies.

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have five plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment, which is ideal for this role.
\n• Are able to pass a Minimizer test, ensuring you meet the necessary qualifications.
\n• Are available to work Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, with the possibility of overtime.
\n
