Professional Property Management Company seeking an Onsite Resident Manager for a 35 units property in Bellflower.

Requirements:
- Applicants must have excellent credit,
- Speak and write English. Spanish is a plus but not required
- Strong leasing abilities
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Must be organized and able to multitask
- Professional appearance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, general computer skills

Duties:
- Greeting prospective residents
- Showing and pre-leasing apartments
- Office duties, rent collection, bank deposits, serving notices
- Enforcing community rules
- Conducting open house
- Investigate and resolve tenants' complaints
-Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely manner
- Cleaning property, scheduling, and supervising repairs as well as the turnover with maintenance and vendors
- Advertising via the internet, marketing.

Ideally, applicants should have additional income that doesn't take them off the property.
This position is perfectly suited for a stay-at-home parent with a working spouse.
We will conduct a background check and credit check before hiring.
