Job Description Performs and supervises the daily operations of the department. Provides other hospital and medical staff involved with the preparation and dispensing of drugs with drug information and other pharmaceutical services.
Work Schedule: 36 hrs weekly / .9 FTE, Temporary 6-month position for an overnight pharmacist. Work schedule is 7 on, 7 off.
Required Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with either a Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree
- Current Minnesota licensed pharmacist
- MTM Pharmacists: must have graduated in 1996 or after or obtained MTM certification
- Immunization Pharmacists: must have immunization certification and maintain current BLS certification through American Heart or Red Cross
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Proficient in the English language
- Demonstrated ability to manage people and time effectively
- Good attention to detail and ability to implement policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications: - Health system pharmacy experience
