Overview
Private Duty CNA - PRN
Location: Bartlett, TN
Overview:Looking for a flexible PRN opportunity? Join our Private Duty team in Bartlett, TN, as a PRN CNA. Provide one-on-one care directly in the patient's home, allowing you to truly make an impact while working on your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
+ Support patient mobility, safety, and overall comfort in the home.
+ Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
+ Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
+ Current CPR certification.
+ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
+ A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
Responsibilities
+ Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
+ This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
+ Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks
Qualifications
+ Minimum age requirements is 18 years
+ Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
+ Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
+ Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
+ Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
