Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 day in office) – River West area

Pay: $32 - $38 / hour

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established wholesale distributor with a strong presence in the Midwest and East Coast. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, they are seeking a talented recruiter to support their hiring needs across multiple locations.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our client’s HR team. This role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent for various positions, including warehouse staff, drivers, administrative roles, and customer support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple locations to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Manage job postings, ensuring they are well-crafted and effectively marketed.
• Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and oversee onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, logistics, or high-volume hiring.
• Experience utilizing Paycom and Indeed for recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40-hour workweek).
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 required in-office day (Wednesdays).
• Start Date: ASAP – Immediate need due to vacancy.
• Equipment: Provided by the company.
