DEX Imaging is a leading provider of document handling equipment and services with multiple offices and locations throughout the United States. We are looking for a Recruiter to be responsible for recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees. This role will also ensure the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. The goal is to ensure the company's staffing requirements are always met and employees have a positive onboarding experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
• Managing full cycle recruiting for a specific territory or region of the country
• Support candidate screening and hiring processes
• Build business relationships and implement several projects
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulators
• Partner with our recruitment team and recruitment agencies and vendors to help improve applicant volume when needed
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
• Up to 20% travel to branches
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years' experience in recruiting; BA or BS a plus.
• Experience presenting hiring information, opportunities for improvement, difficult messages and different projects to hiring managers and senior management
• Experience recruiting in applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Goal / Results oriented - ability to set high goals and achieve results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be data/metrics focused and results-driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Change-ready with a "forward thinking radar" to anticipate opportunities and challenges and adapt and flex as necessary.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulators (equal employment opportunity, relocation, laws)
