We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the company. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate information efficiently.
  • Source and identify top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening interviews on MS Teams to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Provide a detailed summary of candidate assessments for hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job postings
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process
  • Send background check forms once the selection process is complete and provide new hire documents after the background report has been cleared.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Two years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Teams)
