Job Title : Recruiting Coordinator

Location : Hybrid Englewood, CO – In-office T/W/Th, Remote M/F

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our recruiting and onboarding processes as well as office admin tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. As a Recruiting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including document handling, job posting, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities, all while maintaining strong communication with both candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and the company website.
  • Send contracts via DocuSign for client signatures.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings about new jobs and ensure all key points are documented for the recruiting team.
  • Collect candidate availability and send interview confirmations and reminders.
  • Follow up with candidates to confirm attendance and notify account management if candidates are unresponsive.
  • Walk candidates through the onboarding process and provide clear expectations via email.
  • Complete E-Verify, reference checks, employment and education verifications, and background checks.
  • Coordinate drug tests and ensure completion of client-specific documents.
  • Follow up with new hires to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed before their start date.
  • Send first-day details to new hires and check in with them.
  • Administer assessments as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks and provide additional project support or tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with DocuSign, Bullhorn, and E-Verify is a plus.
