Lead the architectural design and development of new React Native applications from the ground up, focusing on supervisor and instructor user experiences Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams across 2-3 agile teams Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure seamless integration with existing Vail Resorts digital ecosystem, including the MyEpic platform Establish best practices for React Native development, testing, and deployment Interface with backend teams working with .NET services and SQL Server Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural discussions This position is offering an hourly rate of $65-74/hr. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years focused on mobile development Strong expertise in React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Proven track record of building and launching production, enterprise-level mobile applications Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimization Experience with mobile app deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to development teams Experience with mobile app testing strategies and tools Familiarity with .NET ecosystems and SQL Server Experience working in an Agile environment Experience within the resort, hospitality, tourism, retail or service operations industry a plus Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
