Second Shift: Tuesday-Saturday - 2:00PM-10:00PM-Come work at a premiere luxury living condominium complex that offers a great atmosphere and team environment.

Possess a valid Ohio Drivers License.

Be able to lift approximately 40 pounds.

Be able to climb a significant number of stairs.

Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Ability to communicate effectively with Residents and Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.

Meets attendance guidelines of the department.

Must be able to tolerate hot and cold weather conditions.

Valeting Vehicles: Deliver and retrieve resident vehicles as directed by the Security Gatehouse Officer on duty.

Deliver Packages: Deliver and process packages as directed by the Security Gatehouse Officer on duty and/or the Receptionist on duty.

Wash Vehicles: Check the car wash schedule for days and times. Most vehicles will be washed Monday through Friday from 4pm-10pm.

Take Up Groceries & Luggage: At the Residents request and via the Security Gatehouse Officer on duty, take up residents groceries and/or luggage.
