Job Description

Location: Remote • Master Experience in a scrum master role. Scrum Master certification is a plus o To participate in organization initiatives like CMMI compliance , DQI o To project manage the testing project like estimating, resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc. o To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team. o To manage customer expectations on deliverables. • Familiarity with software development. • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.) • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. • Outstanding organizational skills.
