Scrum Master/ Product Owner Remote, Full-time US Citizenship is required in accordance with the requirements of the federal government contract. Must have the ability to run and guide development teams such as story pointing and running agile ceremonies. a strong Scrum Master Manage the Stakeholder Familiar with requirements gathering process, asking good Qs, etc... Business process modeling & reengineering support within the areas of Physical Security, Emergency Management, Safety, and related topic areas Develop specific project initiation documents, including Charters, Scope Management Plans, Schedule Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Quality Management Plans, Communication Management Plans, and other Project Management Plan components to define roles, responsibilities, project scope, operational activities, and governance structure Provide project management support services for OSI-related projects and initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field PMP Certification preferred High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills Strategic planning, prioritization, organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance; current/active clearance preferred. **Why Join Us?**
